Multi Blade Granite Cutting Machine
The BHLQY-2500 is a classic bridge structure cutting machine for raw stone materials. It can cut raw materials into standard slabs. It is equipped with a Siemens PLC intelligent control system and a Taiwan Hiwin oil-immersed linear guide system, supporting up to 18 ultra-thin saw blades. Currently, over 500 units of the BHLQY-2500 have been sold worldwide.
Block Stone Cutting Machine
This block stone cutting machine adopts a large-span bridge-type end beam structure design, driven by either a screw lifting system or a hydraulic lifting system to operate four guiding columns, while assembling a maximum of 18 different diameter blades together for repeated left and right movement to cut large rough blocks of granite, marble, and other materials.

The control unit is 5 joysticks. These 5 joysticks control the up and down of the machine, the up and down of the spindle, the left and right of the spindle, and the opening/closing of the blade cover.
Function: Simple and precise control of the longitudinal movement of the machine, spindle adjustment, lateral positioning and operation of the blade cover.
The main motor adopts a three-phase asynchronous motor of the well-known Chinese brand XDDJ. XDDJ's three-phase asynchronous motor has the characteristics of strong power, high efficiency and high cost performance. On top of that, it has an efficiency of up to 93.1%
The power connection and operation panel adopt international famous brands such as: Siemens, Schneider, SANCH, etc. All of them have passed CE certification to ensure quality.
The cutting blade is made of non-deformable Q460c manganese steel, and its hardness is as high as 52 after heat treatment. The cutter head part is made of carbide structure. It has the characteristics of hard and wear-resistant, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

Attention Items
(1) Once the saw blade is used, it must rotate in the same direction and must not be changed.
(2) During the cutting process, the cooling water must be sufficient. If water pressure or volume is found to be insufficient, the machine should be stopped immediately.
(3) It is strictly forbidden to suddenly increase the feeding speed during the cutting process; it must be gradually increased.
(4) Choose the appropriate saw blade according to the cutting performance of the stone, and select the best cutting process.
(5) If any abnormal sounds or phenomena are detected during cutting, the machine should be stopped for inspection promptly.
(6) The machine should be regularly maintained, cleaned after stopping, protected against rust, and undergo scheduled maintenance.
