How to install this multi-blade block stone cutting machine?
Before installation
Cleaning and inspection before installation: Do not re-assemble accessories and parts that have been assembled before leaving the factory during installation.
Before installation, clean the parts in the order of assembly. Do not damage the surface of the parts during cleaning, and carefully check whether the parts have been damaged during transportation.
Installation
1: Install the foundation assembly
The foundation assembly is the key to ensuring the correct installation of the sawing machine. It must be cast firmly and reliably. Users can decide the height of the columns on both sides according to the size of the block to be processed. Prepare pre-buried iron. Also, plan the drainage system and control cabinet cable layout on site.
2: Leveling the Machine
First, hoist the left and right longitudinal beams and adjust the distance between them to the specified value for the machine. Then, using the corner of the left longitudinal beam as a reference point, adjust the height of the remaining left and right longitudinal beams in sequence, ensuring they are aligned with the reference point. After leveling the machine, recheck the distance between the left and right longitudinal beams. Finally, install the crossbeam assembly, apron assembly, etc.
3: Lifting the Saw Blade
First, install the water cover assembly, then the saw blade. When lifting the saw blade, attach the hook to the saw blade's process hole. Never attach the hook to the saw blade's center hole. This can damage the center hole, affecting the blade's life and subsequent assembly.
