How should I maintain this granite block cutting machine?
(I) Inspection and cleaning of the machine should only be performed under the following circumstances:
1. The hydraulic pressure is zero.
2. The power supply is disconnected.
3. The saw blade has completely stopped rotating.
4. All power supplies (electricity and water) are turned off.
(II) Regularly inspect the electronic control system.
1. The effectiveness of the control system.
2. The condition of the wires, guards, and pipes in the cable tray.
3. Immediately replace any defective components, especially those related to safety. If necessary, please contact our after-sales service department.
(III) Routine Maintenance Inspection Items
1. Check the oil level in the spindle box.
2. Check the oil level in the lead screws and inner grooves of the left and right longitudinal beams.
3. Check the oil level in the turbines driving the longitudinal beams and the transverse drive turbines.
4. Check the saw blade cooling system and water pressure.
5. Grease the bevel gears at the ends of the left and right longitudinal beams.
6. Check the mating holes between the four cylinders and the apron.
7. Use a special oil gun to carefully oil the main motor bearings to prevent grease from entering the motor coils and causing damage.
8. Check the oil level and leaks in the hydraulic oil tank.
9. Check the hydraulic hoses and valves.
10. Clean the water valve.
