This block cutting machine specially designed for one-pass slitting of natural stone blocks into standard slabs, this machine is equipped with Siemens PLC control system and HIWIN oil-immersed linear guide rails from Taiwan. It supports up to 16 diamond saw blades mounted at the same time, with a maximum blade diameter of Φ2500mm and a lifting stroke of 1350mm. It can efficiently process large blocks of granite, marble, limestone, sandstone and other stones into uniform slabs with thickness ranging from 15mm to 50mm.
With a four-column gantry heavy-duty structure, precision lead screw drive and fully enclosed lubrication system, the cutting flatness is ≤ ±0.1mm. It features stable operation, low maintenance cost and long service life, making it an ideal primary block-breaking solution for medium and large stone processing plants.

Q1: What is the approximate monthly production capacity of the block cutting machine?
A: Under normal two-shift operation, the monthly capacity of a single machine is about 4,000–5,000 ㎡. Actual output may vary slightly depending on stone hardness, slab thickness, blade quality and operator proficiency.
Q2: What stones can this machine cut? Can it cut high-hardness granite?
A: It can cut most natural stones including granite, marble, limestone, sandstone, travertine and basalt, as well as engineered stone blocks. For high-hardness granite such as G654 and Mongolia Black, stable cutting can be achieved with high-grade diamond saw blades as an optional configuration.
Q3: How long does installation take? Do you provide on-site installation service?
A: On-site installation and commissioning of the standard model takes about 7–10 days. We provide paid on-site installation service, with professional engineers guiding assembly, calibrating precision and completing trial cutting.
Q4: Are saw blades included as standard? What blade specifications do you recommend?
A: Saw blades are not included in the standard package and need to be purchased separately. We recommend Φ1600–Φ2200mm conventional diamond saw blades, with a maximum support of Φ2500mm. The number of blades can be adjusted from 1 to 16 according to required slab thickness.
Q5: What are the requirements for factory height and foundation?
A: It is recommended that the clear height of the workshop be no less than 5.5 meters. No special foundation is required; the machine can be placed directly on a flat and hardened concrete floor with a load capacity of ≥ 5 tons/㎡.
