In the polishing of ceramic tiles, sometimes the processed tiles are not very good, and the surface of the tiles is not polished into a mirror effect. This is not the reason for the arc polishing machine itself, the main reason for this situation may be due to the improper operation of the arc polishing machine.
1. The tile polishing process needs to be patient, if the polishing time is not enough, it will definitely not be able to achieve the expected effect. There will be many processes in the polishing process, and the order of each process cannot be wrong, and the time should be sufficient.
2. If the arc polishing time is sufficient and each process is not wrong, but the effect is still not good after polishing, then it may be that the liquid of the arc polishing machine contains impurities and the degree of concern is not enough. In this case, it is possible to check whether the liquid contains a large number of impurities by way of observation, and if so, the liquid should be replaced in time and the impurities in the liquid should be cleared.
The arc polishing machine should be cleaned up before and after each use, such as liquid impurities, especially the last grinding left more impurities, in this case, the abrasive must be replaced before the next batch of tile polishing.
