The BHKNC-500 5-axis CNC monoblock bridge saw is the most versatile and flexible five-axis interpolation stone cutting machine developed by BCTC. It is designed for processing natural stone, artificial stone, ceramics, and ultra-dense materials.
The BHKNC-500 integrates the core elements of efficient slab processing - cutting speed, processing accuracy, travel range, and an intelligent control system - and can perfectly perform complex processes such as trimming, tension relief cutting, multi-angle bevel cutting, and special-shaped curve cutting.
The BHKNC-500 five-axis CNC Monoblock bridge saw can move the X, Y, and Z axes simultaneously while rotating the A and C axes. The 5-axis coordinated motion shortens the overall processing cycle.
The cutting head can automatically rotate 360° and tilt from 0° to 90°. It is equipped with an easy-to-use 19-inch multi-touch display and an Italian ESA CNC system, enabling it to easily achieve cutting and processing of orthogonal, lateral, elliptical, circular, inclined, straight, concave, arched convex, and other profiles to meet various processing needs. The optional tilting table with a hydraulic pump speeds up slab loading, thus shortening the entire cutting process.

Built-in library of common cutting graphics, support to import DXF format data through a USB flash drive or table top measuring instrument.
4. Automatic tool detection device
Integrated automatic tool setter to realize the automatic detection function of saw blade.
5. Energy-saving permanent magnet drive system
The permanent magnet motor intelligently adjusts the output parameters and automatically optimizes the power output according to the thickness of the plate, which has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection.
