Marble Slab Cutting Machine

The main function of HLSQ-700 is to cut the stone slabs after being cut by the block cutting machine, according to the needs of customers, quickly, accurately, and continuously cut into the required standard specification plates.

HLSQ-700 is mainly composed of beams, left and right side beams, middle tow body, spindle box, transverse transmission mechanism, longitudinal transmission mechanism, lifting transmission mechanism, workbench, hydraulic control system, control cabinet, control panel and other components

• Application: The types that can be cut are: granite, marble, cement products, calcium silicate board, etc
• Specifications: The blades used in this machine are available in two different diameters: 350/800 and 800/1200. Depending on the actual cutting needs, different saw blades can be purchased.
• Environmental impact: HLSQ-700 has no exhaust gas emission in the process of cutting plates, and the noise is ≤90dba during work, even if the waste slag stone powder generated after cutting can be used as construction filler or pollution-free landfill after precipitation.

- PLC programmatically controls the depth of feed and travel speed

- Large-format sheet cutting can be done automatically with one-time parameter setting

- After the thickness sheet is cut to a set depth, it automatically stops and enters the next cycle

Equipped with manual/automatic dual-mode switching knob and emergency stop protection device
