The BCTC 5-axis cnc machine stone is a 5-axis CNC bridge cutting machine designed for high-end processing needs. It is typically used to process granite, marble, artificial stone, sintered stone, and other stone materials. An optional carving head allows for carving on the stone. The machine is equipped with a Canon camera that automatically identifies the position of the slab and displays the processing image in real time. The machine head can rotate from 0 to 360° and adjust the vertical angle from 0 to 90°, capable of handling multi-angle and multi-shape cutting and carving tasks. It adopts an imported CNC system, enabling fully automated stone production. The operating threshold is very low. Operators can easily complete cutting tasks with simple training.

1. Placing the slab: The worktable can be tilted to 85° with one click, making it easy for workers to place large slabs in the designated position.
2. Slab positioning: The equipped Canon camera automatically recognizes the slab outline and supports photo layout, facilitating optimized cutting layout and improving slab utilization.
3. Import pre-designed graphics: You can import DXF drawings into your computer or select commonly used graphics from the system's built-in shape library. The software will automatically generate the cutting path and process.
4. Start the machine and begin processing: After powering on, the milling cutter, camera, cylinder, saw blade, and suction cup will work together according to the program; if the system detects path interference, the suction cup will automatically move the stone to avoid collision.
