The BHKNC-500+ is a CNC 5-axis bridge saw with full interpolation. It features straight cutting, curve cutting, vertical cutting, and bevel cutting functions. It also supports 2D contour forming, milling, and carving of stone. It is particularly suitable for processing kitchen countertops, bathroom countertops, flooring, thresholds, stairs, and threshold strips.

The permanent magnet brushless servo motor can automatically adjust the output power and strength. Provides powerful drive for the X, Y, Z and C axes.

This 5-axis bridge saw can calculate the optimal slab cutting scheme based on the customer's design drawings.
If the cutting paths conflict, the suction cup can be used to automatically move the slab to achieve fully automated slab cutting.
Automatic Tool Setting Device
Equipped with an automatic tool setter, it can set the saw blade length, detect wear, and detect breakage. This ensures cutting accuracy.
Worktable tilt angle: 85°
The worktable can be tilted 85° for easy loading and unloading of slabs.
