Multi Blade Stone Cross Cutter

BCTC-3/7 multi blade stone cross cutter is a fully automatic cross-cutting production line designed for efficient cutting of granite and marble slabs. This multi-disc cross-cutting machine can be equipped with up to 7 sets of individual blades, so its main feature is that it can cut slabs in batches with a maximum cutting depth of 70 mm, which increases the cutting efficiency of slabs. The Multi-disc Cross Cutter line is highly flexible and can be equipped with up to 7 sets of independent tools to cross-cut the sheet at the same time, significantly increasing cutting efficiency.

• Slab loading and conveying protection: The slabs to be cut are placed on a mobile conveyor belt on the table for conveying. The conveyor belt has a multi-layer belt structure, the surface of which is covered with a thick rubber coating. This design effectively prevents the diamond disc cutter from causing damage to the conveyor belt itself during the cutting operation.
• Precise positioning: When the conveyed sheet reaches the hidden end stop, it automatically stops moving, ensuring accurate positioning.
• Stable alignment: The machine is equipped with an electric longitudinal end stop device, which can continue to act during the subsequent cutting operation to maintain the stable alignment of the plate and ensure the cutting accuracy.
• Cutting Cycle:

After the cutting operation, the diamond disc is first lifted from the workpiece.

Subsequently, the cutting disc automatically returns to its original starting position.

At this point, the slabs that have been slitted (i.e. the slabs that have been cut into tiles) are discharged from the machine.

Finally, the new sheet to be cut is fed into the machine, ready to start the next cutting cycle.
