The BCHLSJ-2000 is a CNC-controlled four-axis linkage Diamond Wire Saw stone cutting machine. It can process round stone slabs, Roman columns, numbers, letters, Chinese characters, and other designs.

Each column has four tracks that can be adjusted for balance via rollers. This significantly reduces friction and improves precision.

The left and right frames are synchronously raised and lowered via a top steering device. The combination design of double-nut lead screws effectively improves the accuracy of lifting.

The distance between the guide wheels in the cantilever section is adjusted via lead screws and uprights;

The guide wheels are CNC-controlled. Simultaneously, to ensure the cutting direction of the diamond wire saw, a reducer controls the rotation angle of the guide wheels.

The worktable is driven by lead screws and guide rails.

The Diamond Wire Saw Machine has an automatic alarm and memory function for wire breakage.

The aluminum wheel diameter is 1600 mm. A single flywheel pulley slides, and an oil pump controls the rope tension.
